How far in advance should I book your services?

We recommend booking as soon as possible, ideally 1 month in advance. However, we understand last-minute situations and will do our best to accommodate any timeline! If this is the case, we ask that you book within 2 weeks (14 days), subject to availability. There will also be an additional fee and limited themes. Any Changes will need to be submitted 3 weeks in advance.

Do you offer destination bachelorette party planning?

Yes! We can plan local and destination bachelorette parties, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and activities.

Can we customize our party theme?

Absolutely! We work with you to create a fully customized experience based on your vision. This would include customizing items, add-ons, etc.

Do you offer packages, or is everything custom?

We only offer pre-designed packages at this time.

What’s included in your bachelorette party packages?

Our packages include décor, personalized items, goody bags, mimosa/whiskey bar, and stocking the fridge. (contingent on purchased package) We do not provide liquor, transportation, or handle activity reservations. However, we can provide an itinerary with recommended places to visit in Nashville.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure our services. The remaining balance is due 1 week before the event date. We’ll provide a clear payment schedule when you book.

Do you plan budget-friendly bachelorette parties?

Yes! We tailor experiences to fit different budgets while still making it unforgettable.

Can you arrange surprise elements for the bride?

Of course! We specialize in surprise moments, from special guests to unique experiences.

 

Do you handle reservations and bookings for venues and activities?

No, we do not handle reservations or activity planning. However, we can provide an itinerary with recommended places to visit in Nashville.

 

Is alcohol included in the planning services?

No, we do not provide or purchase liquor. However, we do offer personalized whiskey and champagne glasses as part of our packages. We also include snacks and fruit. This falls in our mimosa/whiskey bar packages.

 

Do you help with party favors or gift bags?

Absolutely! We can curate party favors or gift bags that fit the theme and add a special touch to the event.

 

Are there additional fees or hidden costs?

Transparency is key! We’ll provide a detailed quote outlining all costs upfront. If there are any potential additional fees, we’ll let you know ahead of time.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

We are not responsible for Airbnb cancellations or any other changes to the venue made by the Client or third parties. No refunds will be issued for such cancellations. However, we will try our best to make accommodations based on availability.

 

Can we reschedule the party if needed?

In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances that may impact the ability to provide services, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or adapt the services. Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances.
